Hey VE family! We know getting your Moveathon teams sorted can be a bit tricky, so we put together a quick video to walk you through it.

Pull the video up on your computer or TV, and use your phone to register at the same time—it makes the process a breeze! If you run into any snags, just reach out to Cindy, Andrea, or me. Let’s get those teams locked in this weekend; it’s going to be a blast!

Join us on June 27, 2026 (10AM) for our 5/10 km Move‑athon at Markham Village Community Centre! Help us reach our $30,000 goal to support families with disabilities.
Captains help by:
• Building a team
• Fundraising + motivating
• Leading the team on event day
Prizes: 🏆 Largest Team | 💰 Top Fundraiser | 🎉 Best Costume | 🎬 Movie tickets
Each participant is encouraged to raise $50 (families $100).

VE Feature Artist - Elizabeth
Elizabeth has been a member of VE for about 15 years. She was introduced to paint pouring during covid. She enjoys it because, despite fine and gross motor issues, she can create pieces of art that she is pleased with. She takes her paint pouring supplies to family camps, and enjoys creating during family breaks.

What a great time we had this weekend at our VE pool party! We even joined together afterwards in the party room for some food and fellowship! 💦
