Application Process

For new volunteers, please submit an application form here.

For returning volunteers, please submit an application form here.

The application requires:

Vulnerable Sector Screening (vulnerable police check cannot be older than March 1st, 2025). Please request a form or reference letter from us if you do not have a valid VSC. Returning volunteers are required to re-apply to confirm their commitment annually.

3 individual references (non-family members) for new volunteers.

A phone interview for new volunteers.

We will request your assistance fundraising the $150 it costs for your accommodations and food.

New and returning candidates are required to complete an orientation, Child Protection Policy and Health & Safety training. Other training or workshops may be added as needed for you to fulfill your responsibilities.

VOLUNTEERS FOR BOARD and EXEC TEAM

We are currently looking for individuals to fill positions on our board and exec team for the following positions:

• Fundraising Coordinator (Board of Directors)

  Do you consider administration, business development and money management to be your spiritual gifts? Village Eulogia for Families with Special Needs (VE) is seeking a Fundraising Coordinator who can envision and orchestrate new and dynamic ways to draw donors and supporters to our Village. As a member of our Board of Directors, you need to be a Christian, and be committed to our vision, mission, and direction.

• Corporate Services Manager (Exec Team)

• Communications Manager (Exec Team)

• Vice President (Board of Directors)
